The authors are Kathy
E. Shimpock, J.D., M.L.L., M.B.A., President of Juris Research
and a member of the State Bar of Arizona; and Marianne Sidorski
Alcorn, M.L.S., Reference Librarian at Arizona State University
College of Law’s Ross Blakley Law Library. Together they have
over 20 years experience as legal researchers, working in both law
